Well for starters iron banner is to reward the players who have achieved high levels so they deserve a advantage.
Secondly skill in Destinies crucible is tame compared to other games its a more "we want everyone to feel bad ass so we'll give everyone some easy one shot kills."
Thirdly you talk like a 12 year old that just got their WOW account deleted.
