The only reason people are able to eat vega or vegetarian is because of the way we have our society set up. It allows you access to the amount of stuff that you need to stay healthy. Meat has more protein in it and gives you more energy without having to have outrageous amounts of food to full fill that. Sure if you are just trying to survive on your own for a bit and all you have are veggies have at it. However the only reason that that lifestyle is even possible is because of our society and the ease that we have access to food.
