Scout Rifle bug.
I have A.1F19X-Ryl. I choose this rifle out of the others for the perk "Return to sender" and "Firefly
I have noticed that after a killing shot, head shots mostly they explode as supposed to but the ammo never returns to magazine.
I cannot confirm if it is just the perk that is a bug or if their is a conflict with the perks working together.
If anyone else has seen this conflict please let me know

The Return to sender perk does not return ammo 100% of the time but I will pass the information on about the two perks seeming to not work at the same time. Thank you for reporting this.
