I thought it was just a coincidence the first time this happened but after several hours grinding the strikes I have realized that purposefully staying afk just behind other players is on the edge of exploiting. Here is the scenario, three people begin strike but only two people advance through it to the end and halfway through the boss battle the person that was afk shows up and gets rewards at mission end. I had the third person I witnessed do this had six kills and received a legendary primary weapon engram while myself and another got blue armor. After being the workhorse five or six times for the same chances of quality loot, I literally threw my hands in the air. I reported most of these players if it was apparent it was a purposeful act but to what end. They are not booted and still get rewards. I believe this problem will become much more widespread and will be remedied somehow but until then , how should I handle this problem myself? Report as a veteran player said and leave strike or what?
