Why hasn't Bungie...
said anything about making loot tables or fixing RNG? I mean EVERYONE, the good and the bads, universally agrees that full RNG is not a good idea. RNG on a loot table? Yea, that's what most mmo's do. Hell, even Borderlands does it when going up against the bosses. Why hasn't Bungie said anything about, well, ANYTHING yet?
