PS4 "Your permissions to access online multiplayer may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere."

I was playing destiny then kept getting disconnected along with all of my friends after this latest update. Now they can all sign back in and play but I can only access singleplayer parts of the game. When I try to join their fireteam or crucible I get a popup saying "Your permissions to access online multiplayer may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." I called PSN Support and they said I wasn't signed in anywhere else but on my PS4. To be safe I changed my email and password. I have also restored my licenses and restarted my PS4 multiple times. Yet i keep getting the same message. Has anyone else had this problem and come up with a solution? If you call the Activision helpline and select destiny all they do is tell you to go to Bungies help website. Which, as much as I love Bungie and all of their games, is completely worthless.

  • Completely Worthless is right! I too am experiencing the same bungie failure. This post is the only place that mentions ANY of the below error code. Useless + worthless = bungie help. Here is the error code, or whatever: ATTENTION You have lost connection to Destiny servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere. For more information, visit help.bungie.net
