ive gotten multiple exotics from completing strikes
and odds are very low that you get any legendary engrams from trash mobs
have fun wasting your time hopefully i never get stuck with you

4 Legendaries in the past four days just from killing the Mobs that are part of the Strike or Lvl 28 Story. Those aren't bad odds considering I didn't get a single Strike end roll that gave me anything but blue Engrams.
