So I have rare hand cannon with almost maxed out impact, "Luck in the Chamber" and 12 rounds in mag. The thing is that Exotic and Legendary hand cannos have less impact than my gun. So if I'm lv 29 all i care about is impact (considering damage). Now I understand that Hawkmoon also have "Luck in Chamber" and "Aces..." and one bullet more so it's damage output will be a little bit higher (but how much?). I'd like to buy "The Devil You Know" but it also has less impact that my gun (but it has "Crowd Control"). Are this differences in damage output visible, do they affect killing enemies much? It's a pity that Legendaries and Exotics are less powerful than rares (in means of impact).
