Other than really early in the game, what is the point of the gunsmith? All he sells are low level greens. Same for the Cryptarch. What's the purpose of his inventory? Once in a blue moon he will have a green. Who would want a white? The only point in that case should be for upping your rep with him. But you get such a microscopic amount of rep from buying engrams from him that that becomes moot too. Am I missing something?
