Guardian Outfitter not refreshing Shaders
So its been a little over a week and from what I understand everyone is experiencing that the Guardian Outfitter, Eva Levante is not refreshing her Armor Shaders. In the Beta and Alpha I heard she did? So what's up, Bungie. Everyone wants new shaders.
