could be just me, but I feel if you manage to sneak up on someone, from behind, the melee should be an instant kill, regardless if the melee "power-up" is full. Also, some kind of quick, style animation should follow instead of a clumsy elbow to the head. Snap the neck, or knife to the throat or somethin, anything!
