Boss Engrams
I believe this game would benefit if bosses had a better chance to drop engrams (Rare and above based on level) I think us gamers would get more satisfaction from getting something good from a level 24 boss rather a level 11 dreg. In the E3 2013 gameplay they got exotics from a boss, I don't expect this to be typical, but this would be truly "earning" your gear, just as it was originally intended. #BossDrops

Yeah. I seem to recall something about "earning your gear" but when someone randomly gets a Legendary drop from a dreg on Venus that rolls off the edge of the map....yeah. I feel like the loot system is failing right now. For some reason even though I'm level 21 all my drops are maxing out at 18. I wonder if I need to finish the story before I get Legendary and Exotics.
