Which stat do you prefer for your legendary?
Which stats are most important? (Not including light).
Intelligence - speeds up recover time for ultimate
Discipline - speeds up recovery time for grenade
Strength - speeds up recovery time for melee.
The Legendary gear lets you pick 2 out of the three to focus. Intelligence seems like the first go to, but I was thinking that if you go Discipline and Strength, as you get kills with grenade and melee you speed up your ultimate.
Does anyone know if these stats effect PvP?

Well in some cases you can use melee to speed up grenade or super abilities so it stacks.

I use a lot the grenades, so discipline.

It depends on the class but generally Intelligence and Discipline are the routes I go.
