Multiple Accounts
I somehow accidentally have two Bungie.net accounts and I would like to delete my old one. My account (clash_14) is linked to my Microsoft account. I am unable to access my other account (clash14) because it wasn't linked to anything. The two accounts are associated with the same e-mail address and I can prove they are both mine. How can I access this old account and delete it?

3 RespuestasIf you no longer have any use for the account, there's no harm in just leaving it. There is no option to straight-up delete an account here. However, I am interested in how you may have potentially orphaned your account. If you haven't logged in as clash14 since before the switch over in 2013, sign in on the Microsoft account you used to initially create that account and you should have access to it. Our system does not allow you to unlink the final account from your profile, nor should it allow you to create a new b.net profile on a Microsoft account that already had one.
