6 RespuestasNo. Let's put it this way: ISIS has been fighting the Assad regime, Syrian rebels, and Syrian Kurds and have still been able to make gains inside Syria. Then in Iraq, while they have been stopped from advancing, are still fighting the Iraqi government, Iranian backed Shia militias and are facing US airstrikes... The cartels are organized crime groups who face the Mexican military...
