I've been thinking about your threat Kaines. It was a good thread. After long thought I've come to this conclusion, one that I can live with being someone who is categorized in the Flood: The Flood were here first. We started the idea of this crazy forum and based our traits on the incoherent race. The Hive, in all respects, seem more human. More intelligent. I've fought them and they are a worthy foe. Like the world of Destiny, we share the tower with other races now. The Flood must be categorized reasonably though. The Flood have grown through these threads for years, infecting it. We form a Gravemind. We are a strong, but fragile race, one that is very loyal. You may not ever join us through relation. However, I see a strong partnership in the works.
