Cooldowns should reset when you die in Crucible

When i spawn i should have my cooldowns reset and my ammo reset to whatever it is at spawn.
A few primary clips and one secondary clip.
The exception being heavy weapon ammo, that should stay as is. When you die you drop the heavy ammo.
When i mean cooldowns i mean Grenades and melee attack. Not Super

I don't think they should reset I think they should get a little chunk added on though. That would be fair. Reward the players that may not be as good with a super.
