DLC I'd actually pay for
GTA5 - snow mode.
Think about it. The whole city is covered in slick ice and snow. Police pursue you on snowmobiles, hummers, and inner tubes.
There could be loads of other cool stuff too. But most importantly is police in inner tubes.

I don't always get DLC, but when I do... [spoiler]the next game launches in a month[/spoiler] I got Dawnguard for Skyrim, but not much replay value in Skyrim for me. I don't do all the stupid quests. But a few good item trinkets. And I believe I got DLC for halo 3. I don't like supporting paid DLC....
