When I got the code for my Destiny Beta opportunity, I followed the instructions given in the email from Bungie, step by step. It acknowledged that my code was received for my profile and that I would be contacted through email when it is time for the Destiny Beta. I then logged on later to review that I had the Beta opportunity but under my profiles redeemed codes folder, nothing shows up. I tried to re-enter the code in case it did not register that I had put it in, but the website is telling me that I have already redeemed the code. I then filed a report for this issue on Activision's support section, at the link provided, and I am now afraid I will lose my opportunity for this Beta.
