My body was not ready... I was driving home from a movie around 2 AM Central time when a drunk driver hit the side of my car as we were going through an intersection. We slid into another car that was facing me waiting to make his left hand turn. All I can say is, "Ow! Please never drink and drive! That hurt very bad." and now my new car I just got a couple of months ago is totaled; all 3 cars involved were. I was more worried about my friend who was in the car because we were nailed on the passenger side of the car. She took a huge hit. The door completely smashed in and couldn't be opened. She had to climb out through my side of the car because my door was actually smashed open! My friend ended up getting her parents to drive her to the hospital because we were only a couple minutes away from her house and her shoulder was bothering her afterwords. She should be okay though. Luckily nobody appeared to be seriously injured. I've never actually been in an accident though before this. Not even a little fender bender. I guess there's a first time for everything. Any of you ever been in a bad accident?
