I have joined the CyanogenMod family
Huge improvement over the shotty LG Optimus UI. If there's a compatible version of CM for your phone, you really should install it.

I was a long-time CM fan, but I've moved on to Carbon ROM and Omni ROM, which have a smaller footprint.
