Weapon Design (namely sidearms)
Dear Bungie,
This has been bugging me for a while now.
All weapon type designs are modular, based off each other.
(one pulse rifle looks similar to another pulse rifle, although different fire rate, color, etc.)
Well, so far we have seen one type of side arm: a long barreled, revolver style, heavy hitting pistol. Is there a more modern type of side arm design in the works? Something with a slide and magazine? Legendary swag pieces like the above photo?
I realize that I don't need to carry a pistol with me at all times in the game; it would just be nice to see other pistol designs other than a revolver.

2 RespuestasBungie is showing what they have now. Most of what you have seen is Pre-Alpha and Jumping to conclusions or Assuming is pointless as the game is not even out yet. It took me two clicks for the Pistol you are describing as it is work in progress. Duke Mk.44 Revolver. This is one of many sidearms and will not be the only one. Just the one they have shown. Weapons are like swords in destiny. Many Kinds so assuming they have one type is just silly. Three weapons slots if you have paid attention will be available. It might be a pistol. Shotgun or SMG even an Assault Rifle. From what i understand each weapon is a reflection of you thus you can upgrade it and each has a tree getting more powerful when you use it.
