This program is, to me, almost a game. It's the first thing I've seen like it, but if you really think about how the game progresses, it shows you how a business started by a single person turns into an enormous multinational corporation. Granted, there's no risk of failure or competition, but it's a great way for people to see how much work goes into a startup, versus the work the entrepreneur ends up doing at the business's peak. Check it out, see if you can make the connection. If not, I'll come back and explain it. Also, I know this is not the best example or a perfect one, but it suffices as a "dummy's" guide at the very least. Before people start posting #gaming, this could go either way. And just so you know, I am currently producing 1.3 million cookies a second.
