I went to bed and it was dark which was scary because usually I keep the landing light no but I thought that I saw something in the corner of the bedroom It was a shadow because the backlight of my television was shining onto my chair and even though the screen was black there was still backlight because I had left the television screen switched on so I realised that that's why there were varying shades of darkness and that's why there was a shadow in the corner of the room whereas if it was pitch blackness then all of the objects would be invisible because there would have been no light shining from the object via irregular reflection into my synapses of my eye balls and that's why I was surprised and it gave me a bit of a jolt until I realised that I had accidentally left the TV screen on cos it said HDMI2 Input on the corner of it but I wasn't looking at that cos it was rotated away from me so it felt like there was an entity in the room shining light but it was just the TV and my over tired ness
