After about 24 hours you start to feel better, for a day or so. When people decide to commit suicide by acetominophen, this is typically the time when they decide that it's actually worth living... Except it's too late by then. On the third day, your liver and kidneys come under severe attack. You will be in absolute agony. On the fourth day, you will die in a horrible vomiting mess. Unless your stomach is pumped immediately after taking the overdose, then there is no antidote, either.
