Tanks or Mechs? How about Tank Mechs in Destiny?
We are going to need a tank and not just any old run of the mill treaded beast, but something uniquely awesome. Tank Mechs are going to be essential to a ground campaign on various worlds due to the ever changing environments they'll be subjected to and and we are going to need something mobile, powerful, and meets the designs of our Spaceships as a companion vehicle out in those wilds against the better armed Cabal, Vex, and the Fallen that have been shown to be using mobile jointed platforms as well.
So I bring you link that should serve as reminder of why Japan is so damn awesome at times.

Just get the mecha in somewhere make it as badass as is virtually possible and then make it very hard to get for example having the option to buy it but having to build it from scratch and watching it slowly take shape

2 RespuestasIs anybody checking out the link? It's a live robot mech with Gatling guns that actually work and shoots like six thousand bbs by you smiling. Seriously. Controllable arm units and a water bottle launcher. 13 feet tall and can drive down the street while you scream Tetsuooooooo!!!

3 Respuestasthe more vehicles, the better in my opinion. Tanks, APC's, mantis, jeeps, boats, jets. All will add to the fun.

3 RespuestasI don't really think we'll see Assault type vehicles like Tanks and APCs. I think Destiny will focus more on the arcane power of the guardians instead of heavy artillery in straight up brawls.
