So, I recently obtained a fifth generation iPod Touch. Since I am not able to connect to a wireless network at the moment, I decided to configure it through iTunes (11.0.2). I am running OS 10.6.8. Nothing appears in my devices list, or in the iTunes sidebar. However, the System Profiler does recognize the fact that there is an iPod plugged into one of the USB ports. Does anyone have experience making iTunes recognize an iPod?
