Just had a change of heart for PC.
So I just got Oblivion: Game of the Year Deluxe for PC. Compared to the Xbox, the frame rate is A LOT better, and it runs a hell of a lot smoother overall. I'm gonna get a CoD game soon to see if it runs any better.
Suggestions on Steam games that would blow a Console port out of the water?

The game is very versatile and quite a fun single player experience.
