Are there any differences in the formatting on these two SSDs?

I plan on doing a fresh windows 7 installation, is the OEM drive formatted in such a way that this would not be possible without reformatting? Which should I pick?

1 RespuestaBoth drives should operate fine, especially since you are planning a clean Win7 install. The kit appears to consist of brackets, cables, adapters, etc. If you need any of those, the kit may be more convenient.
