Anyone know how to make a mean burger?
Going to run down to the store, but I thought I would ask the flood if they had any good burger recipes since I have almost no idea what I'm doing. I found a few recipes online, but they are really vague and seem a little shady...
I like BBQ burgers but I'm willing to try anything good.

Prepare two raw beef patties 2. Heat the pan to an extremely hot temperature (you're going to NEED a pan for this, even if you're outside) 3. Take a stick of butter (YES A WHOLE STICK...PUSSY!) and sandwich it between the two raw patties. Clamp the ends together making a seal. 4. Cook at a very high temperature to your liking. 5. Apply toppings/dressings as needed Congratulations! You now have one of the juiciest burgers you will ever eat.
