If you've lost access to Lawless Frontier activities and can confirm the team is aware and investigating. That said, please try the workaround below and see if it helps: 1) In the Cantina, with Spider, change the faction you're currently dedicated to. 2) After doing so, abandon The Territory War Begins quest Spider gives you. 3) Once that's done, go back to the main Cantina area and sidle up to the bar to reacquire the quest.
