Okay so, I have been dealing with Twitch unwilling to assist me here. (Contacted three times over my account issue and the emails I receive just sounds like AI, additionally the email claimed I was having issues with unlinking a Blizzard account, I clearly said Bungie.) So I am here now hoping the Bungie side of things will help me. Basically, back in September I was hit by a ransomware attack, which was a first time for me. When this happened I lost accessed to several of my emails and they were deleted, including the one to my twitch account, which I also cannot remember which email it was due to my poor memory. So why am I here over a twitch issue? Well it's also a Bungie issue. Since I am unable to unlink my old twitch account from this account on Bungie, I am locked out of any and all twitch drops. So hoping someone from Bungie could help me with this situation, I can prove this account belongs to me and I can prove the twitch account had also belonged to me before I was locked out. (I gave a bunch of proof to twitch and they just refused to help me, second time I been locked outta the same account by the way.) This is my first time requesting help on this forum and I see no actual contact support ticket thingies, so yea. Hope this does something for me.
