Now that Jolting Feedback exists as a perk, we can definitely say its power crept volt shot in terms of usage as its way easier to apply and doesn't require a kill to use.
If possible can we get a buff to voltshot? it can still apply jolt after a kill but also have something like dealing more damage to jolted targets? i think that would give people more reason to use voltshot while still having jolting feedback still be usable.
the main advantage to jolting feedback is that its extremely easy to apply through continuous damage where as volt shot requires a kill before having to reapply, not to mention its on a timer after said kill. giving voltshot one more added benefit would boosts its favorability quiet a bit in my opinion if this was added.

4 RespuestasThey serve two different purposes. Voltshot is great on primary’s in power delta -20 and lower content because you can go from target to target chaining lightning everywhere. Jolting Feedback in this situation doesn’t proc as often because it requires continuous damage and you will kill the adds before applying Jolt. Jolting Feedback is best in special and heavy weapons that are used for DPS in -30 and higher content and to deal with Overload Champions. Against tankier targets where you can’t easily get kills, Jolting Feedback is best.

2 RespuestasAdd .7 reload scale and blinding burst to majors and up.

2 RespuestasHave it grant stacks of reload speed when jolting enemies until you're reloading as fast as lightning.

I played titan for the last year and a half. I love voltshot, especially in PvE. However, I just switched to void warlock for the scatter nades and nothing manacles. They alone outshine voltshot by a pretty big margin. If Im doing solo stuff and im in a tight spot with a ton of ads I'll let one rip and it clears out the entire room even if ads keep spawning. So voltshot should get a buff. I feel like I'd like to see the chain damage last for a bit longer.
