Currently the seasonal artifact mod Kinetic Rupture isn't staggering Unstoppable champions like it's supposed to. I tested this in the firing range against Cabal and Taken champions and against the champions in the Whisper pinnacle mission as well. I tried it with multiple different weapons and none of them seemed to stagger the champion as it should.
