Just like the title says. The after the new rift cast animation change it very often whiffs. You'll do the entire animation and it consumes your charge, then no rift comes out. Very rarely when it whiffs you actually keep the charge, but usually it just puts you on cooldown. This is terrible with how many exotics and aspects function solely with the warlock class ability. Please fix.
