“Upper Hand” Catalyst not dropping for Praxic Blade
I’ve ran this mission 3 times, following Eso’s guide step-by-step, on legend. The other two catalysts dropped, just not “upper hand”
I am not going to waste 30 minutes running it a 4th time just to record a video for you. If you would like I can link a reddit post with NUMEROUS other people having the same issue.

(PS, it’s been over 5 months and the Tommy’s Matchbook Catalyst quest “a good match” still isn’t progressing either.)

1 RespuestaThe issue seems to be that if you do not do the hyperblade and upper hand catalyst puzzles in the same run your first time through it, it locks you of out getting the one you didn't do. Even in future runs. I'm hearing that a possible workaround is to join someone who hasn't done any of the catalysts you can get it from their run.
