Cross save help
Im trying to enable cross save in my bungie account but the epic games account i have there it does not exist anymore and i cant unlink it
The other thing is that i created a new bungie account with my new epic games account to try merge both bungie users but its not possible, so now i need help unlinking both epic games accounts
Before anyone say it, i cant delete this new bungie account because it wont be unlinked

As Crisidelm kindly pointed out, since March 25th's [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url], only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the Epic accounts in question will remain linked to their respective Bungie profiles. Further, these cannot be merged as you intended; this is not a service Bungie offers, with the closest equivalent available being Cross Save.
