Changing Account
I'm changing account cause i purchased the DLC's in another account on steam, how can i change my accounts and still using my character?

Unless there's something creative you can do with Steam Family Share (and I assume not as f2p DLC is not generably shareable through it), you'd have to approach Steam for a refund and repurchase on the correct Steam account.
