Hello, Content: The DLC: The Final Shape. Issue: Service crashes starting any of the purchased DLC: The Final Shape missions. The preloaded free starting one never has a problem. Even if I join a Final Shape mission now it will crash without error, and the process terminates. Info Gathering: Repeated and verified all system compatibility and recommendations from Steam, Bungie. Hardware and software from BIOS to GPU. There is no error code getting listed in log files when re-creating the failure. Windows isn't seeing any problems for the event. While the event occurs the Steam client from library management indicates Stop process, no Stopping process, then it's ready to Launch the game again. No other content has been problematic since purchase. Minus some lag with the Iron Banner 9/25 long load times and occasional frame rate drop. Advise: All compatibility and recommendations are complete, current, and verified. This includes hardware, software, updates, uninstalls, reinstalls...all the stalls- noting the step completions already recommended by this very helpdesk being completed. Starting numerous times from default settings to lowest settings just made the game look rough with no change. Everything on the game works great except the missions from that one DLC. Just terminates with no change in system resources. The GPU never spikes hard or has any indicators of a problem. Happens with any installed drivers. I am thinking this might be a framework problem but not sure. Not being able to access higher levels of DirectX12. My GPU features DirectX 12_0. Runs the game in D11 mode. So, could it be a framework conflict? It is just odd that it is only for this DLC. I have other suspicions but need to start somewhere. Thank you for anybody able to troubleshoot this issue with me.
