I've played two solo ops in a row now, GM level, with multiple revives left, and I can't respawn if I die. It says "Press E to Respawn" and nothing happens at all. It's been hit and miss... I've died before and could respawn but other times I can't, and only way to get back to the game is to change characters. It's unplayable with this bug with how often it is happening.
