Can't use famine modifiers to advance guardian rank. I am locked out of tier 5s. How is this an intended feature? With each out of touch change or decision you prove that you don't care to play your own game (not that we need any more confirmation). It's crazy how you ask for feedback, then ignore said feedback, only to ask for feedback again!
