Awoken Momento Missing
I'm trying to finally get Wish Ender after deleting a character and I cannot find the awoken momento again. I've picked up the quest on all three characters and did not get it, and I have also checked the archive in the tower and could not acquire it there.

You can't retrieve it again. You've soft locked the quest. Until they fix it you cannot progress it.
