As stated in the sandbox changes posts pre edge of fate, tempest strike was supposed to work with combination blow “at full effect”. Currently it receives the damage buff, however, you don’t receive the combination blow healing, the class ability energy and the stacks of combination blow itself. I’ve been hoping to see this at least in the known issue list on the twab this week, so I’m reporting myself. There is a few YouTubers who have outlined this change them selves but I won’t link their videos for proof in case I can get in trouble there.
