Before daily reset, Hawthorne was giving powerful rewards at Power 150/151, which is above my current power of 149, 148 at the time. Cleared the engrams you got after increasing each rank, and went to claim my powerful from the Rank Rewards track, and it was suddenly showing 144. See photos. The change seemed to happen after daily reset, as I noticed that some of my claimed engrams from the rank up rewards were also 144.
