Error code CE-34878-0

Hi, I just got into Destiny 2 around 2-3 weeks ago. This is before the Edge of Fate expansion. I bought the Edge of Fate expansion and many others so that I can enjoy all the content. I finished the campaign and was running Fable Mission when I had to leave the game. Ever since then, I have not been able to load into the game at all. I did all the recommended fixes provided from the PS4 support and many others recommended by the community. Even went as far as doing the initialization on my PS4, which wiped everything, and I had to redownload everything. I just did the new update released on the 22nd of July and still nothing is working. Even removing the bugged armor with DIM had no effect. I'm lost and upset after spending all that money on the expansion and being left unable to play it, while all my friends can play, even my friend on the PS4, who, for some reason, is not experiencing the same bugs as me.
