Particle Effects Flickering In And Out On PC
Particle effects across the game flickering in and out on PC. Above images are an example of an emote. Happening on armor pieces (ex. Icefall Mantle mist), and in game objects (ex. Glows on some loot chests).
Issue persistent on both Nvidia and AMD graphics cards.
