I swapped to an alternate character to complete it on normal to pass the time. He joined me on his original character, the one that has already completed the campaign, just to pass the time. I am now on step 28 of 31 of the "Edge of Fate" quest chain in which I am to complete "The Message" mission. I just noticed that even though I have completed all missions prior to this, and looted all chests as well, the Matterspark level 2 never unlocked so I am unable to do the charged ball mechanic. The only way I've been able to progress now is that the same friend has been doing the charge mechanic for me so I can complete the mission. I do not know how to fix this issue so I am unable to finish the campaign on my second character without another person to help. Also I am worried that since I do not have Level 2 unlocked that it will prevent me from acquiring level 3 at the end of the campaign. How should I go about fixing this?
