The new stats system has wildly different ability regeneration amounts than we were told before edge of fate.
Title says it all. The new stats system is giving very different amounts of ability regen than we were told pre-EOF. the link below goes into detail about what was said before the expansion, and what numbers were actually shipped with the expansion.
