Please Help(last of 3)
Ok, I finally figured it out! I had an old PlayStation account that has my characters on it I just friended it on my Xbox with cross-save but that was an old account I never access it and I have a different PlayStation account now but I can’t get my characters on my new account is there anything at all I can do to transfer my characters from my old PlayStation account to my new and Yes I can still access my old PlayStation as well as my new but my new is my main account and I am not looking to change my main account! Please, I need help suggestion or ideas, anything really!

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. As EckyThump and viiTactiiCZz have kindly pointed out, characters are bound to the platform account on which they were created, and cannot be transferred to an equivalent platform account. You will need to log in via your original PlayStation account to access those characters.
