"3 perks rather than 2 on adept raid weapons / shiny weapons" doesn't 100% work
This season we have a scroll that gives "[b]Weapons dropping with multiple perks will now present with three per column, rather than two[/b]". It worked very well until the start of the Rite of Nine. Why do we no longer always have 3 perks instead of 2 for raid adept weapons and we never have 3 perks instead of 2 for Rite of Nine dungeon shiny weapons?
